The Rector supported the activities of the “Zakovat” team.

The university’s “Zakovat” team successfully participated in the intellectual Olympiad held in Tashkent from December 15 to 18 this year, achieving a worthy result at the national level.

In this regard, the university rector, Maksudjan Yuldashev, held a meeting with the members and coaches of the “Zakovat” team. During the meeting, special recognition was given to the boys’ draughts (checkers) team for securing 2nd place nationally, and to the team for defeating strong opponents in the “Brain Ring” debates and advancing to the quarter-finals.

During the conversation, it was announced that seasonal intellectual games will be launched at the university level starting in 2026. This initiative is being organized with the goal of enhancing students’ intellectual potential and widely engaging them in scientific and logical thinking.

Furthermore, the university rector expressed gratitude to the team coach and the members of the “Zakovat” team for the results achieved and expressed confidence in reaching even greater heights in the future.
