A psychological seminar-training was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University on the initiative of the Women’s Advisory Council for advisors on women’s issues. The training was conducted by university specialist X.Z. Odiljonova and aimed at strengthening the professional competencies of the advisors and enriching their psychological and pedagogical knowledge.

During the seminar-training, diagnostic methods for determining the psychological state of female students, mechanisms for early identification of problematic situations, and the provision of prompt psychological assistance were discussed.

Furthermore, practical recommendations were given on developing teamwork, mutual trust, and effective communication, as well as on modern approaches used in the counseling process based on real-life situations.
