The conference was opened by the university rector, Maksudjan Yuldashev.During the process, opinions were exchanged on the implementation of state policy regarding youth, strengthening cooperation with neighborhood communities, youth education and reinforcing the spiritual environment, as well as effective mechanisms against threats in the context of globalization.

The event was organized by the university’s “Nuroniylar” council. It was attended by representatives of neighborhood communities as well as Parda Shukurov, chairman of the Jizzakh regional council of people’s deputies.
