Notes to the applicant

  • NOTE FOR APPLICANTS
  The entrant must submit the relevant documents to the admissions office and confirm that the information provided is correct. Applicants’ requests (complaints) will not be considered after the admission process has been completed. Applicant must take the exam on the appointed day and time. During the test entrant has the right to:
  • use the questionnaire as a draft
  • perform test tasks ahead of schedule, then handing the test material to the group supervisor, and leaving the test area.
Applicants will be in the premises on the day of the test at 07:00 (second shift at 1:00 pm), and until 07:30 (second shift at 1:30 pm) only with the applicant’s permission document and passport identification and video identification equipment. In addition to strict adherence to the rules of testing, they must perform the following:
  • they must come between 07:30 and 08:00 for the first shift and between 14:30 and 15:00 for the second shift.
  • check the conformity of test book numbers and the corresponding digital answer sheet numbers;
  • check the test material for defects and report it to the team controller if any defects are found;
  • ensure that the answer sheet is completed correctly;
  • sign the name and surname of the appropriate person on the cover of the test book and answer sheet;
  • write the number of answer sheet both on the applicant’s permission document and the correct space of the title page
  • Correctly copy the relevant code and educational institution code shown on the title sheet and fill in the appropriate field.
In addition to the foregoing, the entrant is personally responsible for:
  • fill out the answer sheet with a ballpoint pen; do not fold the answer sheet, do not write on the marker line, do not paint the frames under the answer sheet;
  • fill out the answer sheet as it is the basic document that defines your level of knowledge;
  • submit the test book and the appropriate answer sheet to the group controller by performing the test tasks available in the test book by the end of the specified time frame with the appropriate check box numbers.
Test tasks are developed according to the curricula of general secondary and specialized secondary education. Applicants take one, two or three subject tests according to their chosen course of study. Each subject in the test booklet contains 30 test items. The test time (including filling in the answer sheet) is 1 hour for 30 test tasks, 2 hours for 60 test tasks, and 3 hours for 90 test tasks. Each test task has 4 answers (“A”, “B”, “C”, “D”). Applicants must provide only one batch answer for each test task, and paint the correct answer in the test task book with one of the appropriate numeric frames on the answer sheet (the answers on the answer sheet cannot be changed) ). This test will not be awarded if the sample template in the answer sheet is not followed, including one or more circles in the test sheet, or two or more circles, or not. The entrant is not allowed to leave the group during the test, and the entrants will not be allowed to take the test again. Except when you leave the group under observation without test material in case of adverse health conditions. In the following cases, the entrant will be disqualified from the test and the results of test will not be announced:
  • trying to bring or use micro-calculators, glossaries, tables, books, cell phones, computers, telecommunications devices and other tools or cheat-sheet when entering a test site or building;
  • transmitting or assisting test applicants to other applicants; to take test materials out of the building, to break the test booklet sheet;
  • if he / she refuses to submit test materials at the end of the test time limit;
  • if during the test the entrant fails to comply with the rules and regulations and video surveillance reveals it.

  1. This Regulation establishes the procedure for admission of undergraduate students of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and “On the National Program for Personnel Training”.
This provision does not apply to military educational institutions.
  1. Admission to higher educational institutions is carried out in accordance with the admission quotas on the basis of state grants and payment contracts approved by the relevant decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Cabinet of Ministers.
  2. Admission of students to higher educational establishments The rating system of the scores collected by the State Commission on admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission) is performed.
Admission to higher education institutions is based on the principle of equality, uniform admission and single choice for all applicants (both in grants and contract-based), and the first in the state grants of applicants who have scored the highest marks in the test. the right of acceptance is in turn. The other entrants are eligible for admission quota rates based on test scores. The competition is held separately for each institution of higher education according to its directions, languages ​​and forms of study. Testing, as well as the procedure for carrying out tests are carried out by the State Testing Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of provinces and Tashkent city, and rectors of higher educational institutions will provide the necessary conditions for field testing.
  1. Exams are conducted in three languages ​​- Uzbek, Russian and Karakalpak in Karakalpak universities.
The language of instruction in higher education is determined by the Ministries and Agencies and approved by the State Commission before the admission quota approved by the relevant decision of the President or the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The entrant will take the test in the language of study at the university. The list of educational directions of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the set of test subjects corresponding to them is developed by the State Testing Center and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and approved by the State Commission. . The entrant will take English, German and French as a foreign language test. Applicants can take any test (English, German, French) regardless of the studied foreign language. If a foreign language is taught in English, German or French at a general secondary, secondary special, vocational education, there is a multi-point system instead of that foreign language test. Applicant can take the exam (English, German, French) regardless of the language he or she studied at school In addition to exams in some areas of higher education, additional professional (creative) examinations are offered. The list of training courses for professional (creative) examinations is developed by the State Testing Center and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and approved by the State Commission.
  1. Professional (creative) exams and tests on the multi-point system for admission to certain educational directions in Tajik, Kazakh, Turkmen and Kyrgyz. Applications for these fields are accepted only for applicants who have completed secondary general, secondary special and vocational education in the specified languages. The total of the results of the professional (creative) exams, scores and exams approved by the State Commission are approved by the rector of higher education in person.
  1. Applicants studying Spanish, Arabic, Persian, Dari, Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, Korean, Uighur languages in general secondary, secondary special, vocational education institutions take an exam on the P-Point Grading System, and the other subjects take the test.
This rule does not apply to entrants who are studying Roman-German philology (English, German and French Philology). The only program and evaluation criteria for these subjects are approved by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and sent to higher educational institutions.
  1. Professional (creative) and multi-point examinations in higher education institutions are carried out in the manner prescribed in Annexes 1 and 2.
  2. Admission of blind applicants to higher education institutions is carried out in the order set out in Annex 3.
  3. Admission to the 3-year Higher Education Nurse course in the higher educational institutions of the Republic is carried out only on the basis of secondary specialized vocational education (nursing, obstetrics and nursing). In addition to the tests in this area, additional professional (creative) exams will be conducted.
  4. Admission to the specialties of the special correspondence department established within the higher educational institutions is not limited to the relevant or related education, secondary special, vocational education and work experience not less than three years at the expense of the staff with the recommended experience in the field.
  PREPARATION FOR THE TEST AND TAKING THE EXAM

  1. Testing is conducted on August 1 for daytime and special correspondence sections.
  2. Depending on their chosen course of study at the university, applicants will be tested in two or three subject areas respectively.
Creative exams (grading from 0 to 75.6 points) will be held along with educational tests in such areas as “Journalism”, “International Journalism” and “Speech Culture and Public Speaking”. . Exams are based on the curricula of secondary, specialized secondary and vocational education.
  1. Each discipline contains 30 tasks.
The following timings are set:
  • 60 questions – 2 hours;
  • 90 questions – 3 hours.
Complexes are formed on the following subjects:
  • Native language and literature: Uzbek language and literature
  • Native language and literature: Russian language and literature
  • Mother tongue and literature: Karakalpak language and literature

Up to 30 minutes prior to the test, entrants will be introduced to the correct answer form and write their details on it. This time is not the time limit for testing. The responsibility for the organization and fair administration of the tests is assigned to representatives of the State Testing Center, chairmen of admission committees of higher education institutions, heads of khokimiyats and their appointed auditors in strict adherence to the rules of testing. It is the responsibility of the head and observer of the auditorium to ensure that the test is administered properly and fairly in the test room. Testing begins at 8:30 am The answer sheet is filled out by the entrant with a ballpoint pen. An additional 20 minutes are set aside for the test time frame for filling out the answer sheet. Applicants are personally responsible for filling out the answers sheet. Applicants who have incorrectly marked the relevant boxes on the answer sheet will not be considered. The entrant’s use of cell phones and other means of communication is strictly prohibited. Applicants are considered to have violated the test procedure if they entered a microcomputer, glossary, spreadsheet, book, cellular phone, computer, telecommunications, and crutches. and the act is drawn up, which is removed from the test. If the entrant finds that the test book sheet has been torn up during the test, the rules for passing the test are considered violated and will be removed from the test. The fee-based enrollment of applicants is made by the order of the higher education institution not later than September 15th. The order of the higher education institution on admission of students who will be offered to students on a fee-paying basis from September 2 will be issued.
NOTE FOR APPLICANTS  ABITURIENT ESLATMASI
Applicants are entitled to a second or higher education under a contract (Education Act, Article 14). The entrant will carefully study the building and auditorium plans announced by the admissions office on July 26 and find out where the test building is located, the room number and the floor. Applicants will receive a permit from the educational institution’s admissions office on July 27, indicating the group number (corresponding to the room number). Full-time and part-time tuition tests in accordance with the Regulations on Admission in 3 languages, Uzbek, Karakalpak (in the Republic of Karakalpakstan) and Russian, in all regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan * July and August 1 (the date specified with * refers to military higher education institutions). The entrance exams will start at 7.30 on the day of the test. The entrant must present his / her passport and passport personally. Starting at 8.00, entrants will enter the numbered classroom. In case of admission of applicants into the building where the admission test is to be tested, applicants’ permit is withdrawn, in the form of a certificate (optional) from the university The member of the admission committee signs. The entrant will not be allowed to take the test. The entrant will not be admitted to the auditorium after 8.30. No additional exams will be available for applicants who do not take the test. The entrant will pass the test in the language and writing (Cyrillic, Latin) of the institution. The following requirements must be met during the test: After receiving the question book and answer sheet, it carefully examines each answer subject and the answer sheet option for each subject. In case of typographical errors or missing pages or pages for typographical errors or other reasons in the textbook test tasks, it will immediately notify the head of the audience and send the missing test book and answer sheet. If the entrant does not inform the head of the audience about the defects in the question book before 9:00 am, his / her request will not be accepted. They put their surname, first name and patronymic on the appropriate booklet and sign. The entrant must read the Question and Answer sheet to the entrant’s attention and follow the established rules. Applicants should only use a ballpoint pen with a blue (blue) paste to fill out the answer sheet. Do not use the Flomaster, Ink Pencil and Gel Pens. The entrant will copy and write his / her details on the relevant section of the answer sheet from the title page. Copies the answer sheet number into the appropriate fields on the title page and the permission. Copies the passport series and number, the special code, the educational code, and the selection code from the title page to the appropriate page of the answer sheet, and spans the boxes accordingly. On the title page and on the permission, the head of the audience and observers copy the surname, name and patronymic from the blackboard. Assigns answers for each subject accordingly. Applicants applying for a foreign language test must complete a relevant language test. Only one answer is assigned to each test task. If two or more answers to one task are assigned, no points will be awarded. 108 questions are given 3 hours to choose the answer, 72 hours 2 hours. The answers are optional. Applicants who do not write and sign the selection code, passport series and number, do not write the answer sheet numbers or paint the numbers will not be considered. Applicants are not allowed to leave the auditorium until the end of the test. Exit applicants will not be allowed to re-test. Applicants are required to submit tests, microcomputers, dictionaries, schedules, books, cell phones, communication devices and crutches, transfer test materials to other entrants, assist applicants, and in the case of adverse admissions tests. is considered a violation and the act is drawn up and removed from the test. Applicants who have completed the test before the deadline will submit a questionnaire, answer sheet, and title sheet to the head of the audience, record their time and place in the list of applicants for their name. If it helps other applicants or interferes with their work, they will also be drawn up with an Act of Dismissal and attached to the Actual Response page. Applicants may contact the head of the classroom and the supervisor about the violation of the rules for taking the test. If the entrant finds that the question book sheet has been torn, the rules of passing the test are considered violated and will be removed from the test. A statement about this is drawn up and attached to the answer sheet. Test answers are not read or scored. The entrant may comment on the test in the classroom by placing the relevant page in the answer sheet. After the test time is over (12.20pm, 11.20 **), the head of the class will announce that the test is over. All test material for the entrants: the question book, the answer sheet and the title sheets are collected by the audience leader and observer. At this time, all entrants are seated in their seats. For applicants who do not submit the test materials in a timely manner, an act is drawn up in the prescribed manner and attached to the answer sheet. The head of the auditorium and the observer will count the test materials in the box and sign the two entrants at the designated box. The State Testing Center (hereinafter – the Commission) will set up a Citizen Appeals Board to review citizens’ appeals. The Commission will include officials and experts from the State Testing Center. The structure of the Commission is approved by the Director of the State Testing Center. An applicant may submit a written request to the Commission within one month from the date of publication of the test results. The application must be processed within 10 days from the date of registration (the objections of the military educational institutions will be considered along with the objections of the educational institutions) The application is processed with the participation of the applicant. One of the parents of the applicant has the right to participate in the review process, presenting his / her identity card. The applicant must come to the commission on the date specified with his / her passport and permit. In the course of the application process, the applicant will be provided with a response sheet and a copy of the test book, along with a list of incorrect answers. Upon completion of the application, a protocol is drawn up and signed by the Commission members and the applicant. The Commission’s findings are submitted to the State Commission for Admission to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. An applicant has the right to appeal to other government agencies for protection of his rights.
