To become a good educator, knowing your subject is not enough. A modern teacher must be versatile: knowledgeable in related disciplines, an eloquent speaker, a subtle psychologist, and, when necessary, a talented actor.
Jizzakh State Pedagogical University aims to train such multifaceted, well-rounded, and competent professionals. Founded in 1974, the university began with just two faculties—Uzbek Philology and Mathematics, 425 students, and 29 dedicated instructors. Today, after a 51-year journey, the university has become a recognized educational center with its own traditions, values, and “golden rules.”
Sincerely,
Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, Professor Sharipov Shavkat Safarovich
