A competition among mentors on the topic “Pedagogical Skills of Mentors” was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

In accordance with the competition program, the participants competed based on criteria such as self-introduction, an interview using an inclusive approach, answering questions, and demonstrating their favorite activities.

Through this process, the mentors’ knowledge, experience, and professional potential were comprehensively evaluated.

The competition was organized at a high level under the leadership of Ravshan Jo‘rayevich. The main goal of the competition was to popularize the experience of advanced and skilled educators.

In the initial stage, 35 mentors participated, and based on the selection results, 7 of the most suitable mentors advanced to the next stage. The selected participants competed against each other based on 4 criteria.

According to the final results, the most skilled mentor, Turg‘unov Ulug‘bek Bahodir o‘g‘li, took 1st place. Additionally, Kenjayeva Sanobar Ibragimovna took 2nd place, and G‘aniyeva Xayriniso Baxtiyorovna took 3rd place.

Notably, the 7 selected mentors are scheduled to participate in professional development courses in Malaysia in April 2026, funded by the university.
