In accordance with the order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Marlen Zoidovich Djelyalov has been appointed as the Acting First Deputy Executive Director for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work at the branch of the federal state autonomous higher education institution “Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University” in Jizzakh.

The council meeting held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University began with a ceremony observing Marlen Zoidovich’s departure. The University Rector, Maksudjan Abdullayevich Yuldashev, wished Marlen Zoidovich success and good fortune in his new position.
