A meeting with employers and a final job placement event on the theme “Graduate – 2026” was organized at the Faculty of Philology of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

The event was attended by faculty graduates, university administration, and representatives of relevant organizations in the region. Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Haqberdi Hamzayev, shared his thoughts with the graduates on the practical skills necessary for their future professional activities, responsibility, and the demands of the modern labor market.

Furthermore, B. Norbo’tayev, Head of the Human Resource Management and Development Department of the Jizzakh Regional Department of Preschool and School Education; heads of regional preschool and school education departments; A. Fayziyev, representative of the Main Department for Poverty Reduction and Employment; the Jizzakh regional branch of the Agency for the Development of Public Services (ARGOS); and F. Nizomov, responsible for the “Step into the Future” program at the Jizzakh branch of the National Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan JSC, provided detailed information to the graduates about available vacancies, employment opportunities, and selection procedures.

The meeting was held in an open dialogue format, allowing graduates the opportunity to get direct answers from experts to their questions. The event served to clarify the professional direction of the graduates and facilitate their effective integration into the labor market.
