INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION CONTINUES

A regular cooperation meeting was held within the framework of the Memorandum between the Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute and the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom.

The meeting was held online through the ZOOM platform. The meeting began by discussing the issues of joint master’s program, professional development courses, and the involvement of Portsmouth University professors in classes for JDPI students by Joe Hall, International Relations Coordinator, University of Portsmouth, and Associate Professor of Foreign Languages Faculty Jabbarova Anora. After that, professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Portsmouth and the Faculty of Linguistics and Education of the University of Portsmouth, Dr. Charlotte Boyce, Dr. Charles Leddy Owen and Dr. Glenn Hadikin gave lectures on various topics for students and teachers of the Faculty of Foreign Languages. At the end of the lectures, teachers and students received answers to their questions.
