A republican scientific-practical conference dedicated to the legacy of Amir Temur was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

A republican scientific-practical conference on the topic “The Legacy of Amir Temur and the Timurid Era: The Phenomenon of Statehood, Military Art, Science, and Spiritual Development” was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

This event was organized within the framework of the implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the wide celebration of the 690th anniversary of Amir Temur’s birth.

The official opening ceremony of the conference began with an introductory speech by Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovation, Anora Jabbarova.

Afterwards, a congratulatory speech was delivered by Iqboloy Umarova, head of the Jizzakh regional branch of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment.

In the plenary session, topical lectures on the personality of Amir Temur and issues of science, culture, and statehood during the Timurid period were heard from scientists who arrived from various regions of our country.

Throughout the day, the conference continued its work in sectional meetings.

There, scientific discussions were held in the areas of history, political-economic relations, science and culture, and international relations. In the final meeting, the results of the conference were summarized, and scientific conclusions and proposals were presented.
