Everybody is aware of and has different opinions about the barracks which were built in the 60s of the last century in the Pakhtakor district. Rumors that have caused various controversy in social networks have also negatively affected me and have expressed my own opinion.
However, my thoughts has changed after I thoroughly studied the situation and directly became a participant in this process. Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute has made a good initiative in order to get answers to a number of questions, such as the social situation of citizens with housing, employment, source of income, displaced from the blessings built from wood, which served as a temporary hostel for workers of the same time in the «Oltinkul» and «Almazar» neighborhoods of the Pakhtakor District of Jizzakh Region. According to it, a working group was formed, which involved a psychologist, teachers and representatives from women’s committee who have their place in the team with many years of experience. A working group consisting of initiator intellectualsconducted questionnaires with each member of the household in order to study the socio –spiritual environment in the regions
In neighborhoods «Altinkul» and «Almazar» districts of Pakhtakor in Jizzakh Region were built 780 houses for 3200 citizens of Gypsy nationalities . The new place is located on an area of more than 35 hectares, now it is being completed landscaping work there. The state allocated 150 billion soums for their construction, and two seams, schools and pre-school education organizations were built in the neighborhoods. There are also drawn more than 10 kilometers of Highways, 8 km of electricity, 3 km of water networks.
The neighborhood you see in the picture is called «Altinkul» and currently there are more than 432 apartments. As you enter the neighborhood, you will witness the young and old working as one. As you can see, each family is engaged in landscaping around their house, internal and external repair work. As we walked into each household with members of the group, we first interested them in their mood.
Many people believe in their own forces without the help of anyone and take the initiative in the work of landscaping and repair of the side perimeter. I observed the process in a normal human quality, when we went into several apartments during the day. What I saw, what I witnessed, prompted me to write as a reporter. I avoid raising and blaming someone with compliments or breasts. I also worked hard when I was building a house , I did not expect help from the outside, I’m still working. A discerning reader can understand what I mean. I want to put a point in the article with a question.
