The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, paid a historic visit to New York City to participate in the events of the 80th anniversary session of the United Nations.

Within the framework of the session, the Head of State delivered a speech before the international community, presenting Uzbekistan’s position and initiatives on pressing issues such as global security, sustainable development, climate change, and digital transformation. The ideas put forward by the President were noted as an important step toward strengthening international cooperation, as well as ensuring regional stability and progress.
