The main issue at the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University “labor team conference” held in the university meeting hall was the 2022 collective agreement concluded between the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University administration and the trade union committee for 2021-2023. The discussion of the draft collective agreement for 2023-2025 was held. Kadirov Bakhrullo Kadyrovych, the organizer responsible for the Jizzakh region of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Employees of Uzbekistan and other officials took part in it.

The conference was attended by university professors and employees, as well as delegates elected from students. Reports on the implementation of the Collective Agreement for 2021-2023 between the administration of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University and the university trade union committee in 2022 were heard. In the report, full information was given about the work carried out by both parties during the year in each section of the Collective Agreement. According to the agenda of the conference, the information of the working group on the implementation of the clauses specified in the collective agreement was heard and the implementation of the collective agreement in 2022 by both parties was considered satisfactory.

During the discussion of the next issue on the agenda of the conference, Majidov Jahangir Makhmudovich, the chairman of the trade union committee, read each clause of the draft collective agreement for 2023-2025 to the meeting participants and introduced the expert opinion on this draft. According to the final conclusion of the expert commission, this collective agreement was developed based on the recommendations of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan.

The collective agreement for 2023-2025 was approved. At the end of the meeting, Kadirov Bakhrullo Kodirovich, the regional organizer of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Employees of Uzbekistan, spoke. All the questions were answered in detail.
