Uzbekistan has been taking significant steps in recent years to upgrade its aviation and transport infrastructure. During the meeting, the university rector focused on this pressing issue. The New Tashkent International Airport being built near the capital will become a new logistics and tourism hub for our country. This airport will have the capacity to handle 20 million passengers and 129 thousand tons of cargo annually. The project is being implemented through the cooperation of an international consortium involving companies from Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Korea.

🔹 Parking space for 62 aircraft
🔹 14 telescopic bridges
🔹 46 thousand m² of service and Duty Free area
🔹 200 thousand new jobs
This mega-project will elevate not only the transport system but also service, tourism, language, and interpersonal communication culture to a new level.

As emphasized by the Rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, Professor M.A. Yuldashev:
“The construction of new airports is not just about technology; it is also a process of enhancing human capital and service culture. Higher education institutions must be ready to train personnel who are modern and meet international demands.”

The new airport creates new jobs, new opportunities, and a new generation of specialists!
