Talented students in the field of music education, professors and teachers, as well as guests, participated in the meeting organized prior to the Memorandum. The event was opened by the Rector of the university, Yuldashev Maqsudjan Abdullayevich.
The meeting was held in a spirit of sincere and open dialogue. The parties exchanged views on issues of music education, supporting young talents, joint projects, and cultural-educational cooperation, and proposals were heard.


The Rector of UzSMI, Shermonov Eldor O’rolovich, put forward an initiative to send talented students and professors to improve their skills abroad through foreign partners. The Rector of JSPU, Maqsudjan Yuldashev, emphasized the need to develop a specific “roadmap” in this direction and expressed proposals for organizing various competitions and establishing student and faculty exchanges.


According to the signed Memorandum, the parties will cooperate in the areas of spiritual-moral and intellectual development of youth, enhancing musical knowledge and skills, and strengthening the feeling of respect for national culture. Priority directions were also defined, including the exchange of information and electronic resources, jointly organizing seminars and conferences, master classes, exhibitions and festivals, developing grant projects, improving curricula and scientific research, and mutual exchange of experience in implementing the credit-module system.






Following the meeting, the guests participated in the class sessions of students studying in the field of music education and familiarized themselves with the created conditions. The operation of the sound recording studio was also reviewed.
