The next meeting of the “Debyut” club was dedicated to the 130th anniversary of S. Yesenin.

Another meeting of the “Debut” academic circle under the Department of Russian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University has taken place. The event was dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the famous Russian poet Sergey Yesenin.

The event was opened by the department teacher Kim O.A.. During the event, the poet’s poems were recited. Additionally, presentations prepared on the topic “The Life and Work of Sergey Yesenin” were shown to the participants.

Third-year students of the Faculty of Philology performed songs based on S. Yesenin’s poems, accompanied by a guitar. During the event, a literary contest was held by Kim O.A.. Students who participated actively were awarded with commemorative gifts.

At the end of the meeting, the participants collectively performed Oleg Mityaev’s song “How Wonderful That We Are All Here Today”. The event concluded in a sincere atmosphere, further strengthening the love for literature and creativity.
