Another meeting was held at JSPU with the participation of doctoral students.

The event was led by the University’s Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations, A. Jabbarova, and the Head of the Department of Scientific Research, Innovations, and Training of Scientific-Pedagogical Staff, N. Khonturaev.

During the meeting, the preparation level and defense indicators for the doctoral dissertations of the 3rd-stage doctoral students were subjected to individual critical analysis.

For information, the current number of doctoral students studying at the 3rd stage at the university is 20. Among them:

  • 1 doctoral student has successfully defended their dissertation ahead of schedule;

  • 4 doctoral students have successfully participated in the scientific seminar under the Degree-Awarding Council;

  • 5 doctoral students have passed the departmental review of their doctoral dissertation.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was emphasized that it is necessary to regularly and systematically analyze the preparation level of doctoral students and strengthen the evaluation of their scientific work.
