An international seminar-training titled “Global Citizenship Workshop” was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

The international seminar-training “Global Citizenship Workshop” was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University in collaboration with South Korea’s Kyungwon University.

This event was organized within the framework of international academic and cultural cooperation, with participation from 10 students from South Korea and 10 students from Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. The seminar is dedicated to the themes of global citizenship, Sustainable Development Goals, civic engagement, and cultural heritage.

On the first day of the seminar, practical sessions were conducted in the following areas:

  • Youth Voice and Education for Real Life: Interview planning session; groups defined their research direction and prepared interview questions.

  • Ethics and Fieldwork Guide: Instructions were provided on interview ethics, obtaining consent, and observation.

  • Campus Interviews and Observation: Practical research was conducted, and a Sense-making analysis session was held.

This seminar-training provided an opportunity for young people to strengthen international cooperation and share knowledge and experience.
