From among the participants of the 3-day seminars organized within the framework of the recent continuous professional development seminars with the participation of Ravshan Jorayevich, 30 selected mentors demonstrated their authorial presentation-lessons to a specially formed commission.
During the presentation-lessons, each mentor was given a topic according to their subject, and they conducted a lesson using one modern teaching method within that subject. The lesson processes were directly observed and ultimately impartially assessed by a special commission formed by the university and by Ravshan Jorayevich.

The lessons were conducted based on established stages, with particular attention paid to the presenter teacher’s surname, first name, subject taught, academic degree and pedagogical experience, the name of the method used, allocated time, the procedure for working with groups, and the content of handout materials.

At the conclusion of the presentations, the grades given to all mentors were announced. According to the commission’s findings, the mentors’ teaching methods, effective use of time, and overall approach were positively evaluated. As noted, if mentors continue to conduct lessons with such substance and methodological thoroughness in the future, it will contribute to improving the quality of education.

At the end of the seminar, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs H. Hamzayev also shared his thoughts, emphasizing to the mentors the importance of conveying the methods and experiences used in these presentation-lessons to all teachers in their departments. It was noted that this, in turn, would serve to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of education.
