An interesting and effective lesson was held today at the department of Russian language and teaching methods of the Russian language and literature faculty of the university. Senior teacher Rafiev Farkhod Akilovich, in cooperation with the faculty tutor Khasanov Alisher Karimdjanovich, conducted laboratory work on the use of information technologies in professional activities for students of study group 732-22.

The purpose of the lesson was clear and purposeful: to study the basic methods, tools and methods of obtaining, storing and processing information, as well as to develop computer skills as a means of information management.

The theme of the laboratory work “implementation of word problems using the Internet network” became a source of inspiration for students and attracted them to modern technologies in the field of education. Tasks related to the use of computer information technologies in studying the biographies of poets and writers made it possible not only to deepen students’ knowledge about literary heroes, but also to improve their skills in digital literacy.

The joint efforts of Rafiev Farkhod Akilovich and Khasanov Alisher Karimdjanovich led students to actively communicate with the Internet, to study the biographies of selected poets and writers. They used various Internet sources, open archives, studied interviews, and analyzed articles to get the most complete information about the life and work of their literary heroes.

As a result of laboratory work, students not only acquired new knowledge on the topic of information technologies, but also acquired practical skills that will be useful for them in their future professional activities. The Faculty of Russian Language and Literature occupies a leading position in the application of modern teaching methods and preparation of its students for the challenges of the modern world.
