A psychological seminar-training was conducted for female students.

A seminar-training on the theme “Find Yourself in a New Environment: Adapting to the Social Environment, Competition, and Finding Your Path” was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University on the initiative of the Youth Union.

The session, aimed at psychologically supporting students’ adaptation to a new environment, fostering healthy competition, and the process of understanding the personal “self,” was led by the university’s women’s psychologist, Kh.Z. Odiljonova.

During the conversation, participants were explained, through practical examples, the secrets of quick and healthy adaptation in a new environment, psychological methods for utilizing competition positively, identifying their own strengths and weaknesses, and ways to recognize personal values and opportunities.

H. Mislimova, the girls’ coordinator of the Youth Union, distributed motivational cards to the female students and informed them about the opportunities created for them at the university.

At the end of the event, participants who actively contributed were awarded.
