Today, the 10th International Student Symposium on the theme “Applying Research and Creative Endeavors” has commenced its work. The symposium is aimed at fostering scientific debates among student youth, developing oral presentation skills, and further strengthening mutual cooperation between professors, teachers, and students.
The event was opened by Azamat Akbarov, Chairman of the Silk Road Research Academy. Following this, the floor was given to Professor Bahrom Abdullayev, Chairman of the “Science, Education, and Healthcare” Committee of the Higher Education Senate. In his speech, he highlighted the significant importance of the symposium for young people.


The Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, Kongratbay Sharipov, also sent his congratulations and wishes to the symposium participants.


One of the symposium organizers, University Rector Maqsudjon Yuldashev, also took the floor and provided information about the university’s development concept until 2030. He particularly emphasized the immense importance of student social activity in this process.

Following this, Michael Houlgate, Director of the British Council in Uzbekistan, also congratulated the participants and wished all the young people success.




The international symposium is significant for its essence in serving to further enhance the scientific potential of young researchers.
