A Concert Program Filled with Sincerity and Warmth Held as Part of the “Week of the Elderly.”

At Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, the concert program held in honor of the “Week of the Elderly” took place in a truly festive atmosphere.

The event left a warm and lasting impression on everyone present — honored teachers, professors, and students alike. The focus of the celebration was on the honored teachers, recognizing their dedication and contributions. The event was opened by G‘ayrat Qodirov, Advisor to the Rector on Sustainable Development, who in his speech emphasized the invaluable role of senior educators, their many years of service, and their immense contribution to the upbringing of the younger generation.

The concert program began with an award ceremony honoring the winners of the chess and checkers competitions held among the veterans throughout the week. The university’s trade union presented the winners with commemorative gifts and certificates of honor in a festive atmosphere.

This part of the event was filled with an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and gratitude. The faces of the teachers reflected feelings of satisfaction, joy, and pride.

The Magic of Live Music from the “Wonders of the East” Orchestra.

The most festive part of the evening was the live performances by the “Wonders of the East” National Instrumental Orchestra, operating under the Department of Music Education of the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education.

Under the direction of conductor Muslim Abilov, the orchestra’s melodies filled the hall with joy, spirit, and the enchanting magic of live music. The audience was captivated by the performance, enthusiastically applauding the orchestra with cries of “Bravo!” after each piece. It became not only a celebration of music but also a festival of culture and compassion.

Dances and Songs — Nourishment for the Soul, Smiles on Every Face.

The concert featured dances and songs from various national cultures, bringing joy and delight to everyone. From the lively rhythms of the Khorezm lazgi to the graceful melodies of Bukhara songs, the performances inspired both teachers and students to dance. The honored teachers who joined the dance floor were filled with joy and energy, feeling as youthful as ever.

In short, the concert became not only an artistic experience but also a true source of spiritual relaxation.

A Celebration of Care, Appreciation, and Gratitude.

This event was more than just a concert — it was an expression of deep respect and gratitude toward teachers. The university community once again demonstrated its affection for the older generation and its commitment to honoring and valuing their experience and legacy.

Indeed, as the saying goes, “Those who work well deserve to rest well.” This concert became a living embodiment of that idea — moments of joy united by kindness, music, and happiness that will remain in the hearts of all participants for a long time.
