A seminar-training on the topic “The role of non-governmental and non-profit organizations in effectively ensuring the quality of education in higher educational institutions” was organized at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University..

The event was opened by the first vice-rector of the university for youth affairs, spiritual and educational affairs. The seminar was held in cooperation with the Public Council under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the Public Council of the university.

The seminar began with answering the questions “What is a Public Council and what are its functions?” The guest of the seminar was Feruza Rashidova, Chairperson of the Public Council under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, who led the event in an unusual and interactive way. The moderator divided the participants into 7 groups and worked with each group separately.

During the seminar, the tasks of public organizations, their role in the effective organization of spiritual and educational work, and issues of social cooperation between higher educational institutions and non-governmental and non-profit organizations were discussed based on the “Education – 2030” concept.

At the end of the seminar, the chairman of the university’s Public Council, A. Shamisiyev, spoke about the work being done at the university in this regard and the results achieved.
