A seminar-training was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University on the topic “Journals in the Scopus database and procedures for publishing articles in them.”

University researchers participated in the training seminar.

The seminar-training was opened by N. Khontorayev, Head of the Department of Scientific Research, Innovations and Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel Training.

The following issues were considered during the event:

• Journals in the Scopus database and procedures for publishing articles in them;

• Protection against journals with fake or duplicate (clone) websites and the procedure for identifying journals with high scientific performance and publishing articles in them.

At the end of the seminar-training, university researchers received answers to their questions.
