A meeting was held at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.

A meeting was held on October 24th at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University regarding the implementation of the goals and tasks arising from the initiatives put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during his meeting with trade union activists and veterans on October 17th of this year.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the University Trade Union Committee, Jahongir Majidov, the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Furqat Axmedov, as well as faculty professors, teachers, and staff.

During the event, discussions were held on the significance of this meeting organized on the eve of the 120th anniversary of the trade union movement, the essence of the President’s initiatives, and the priority directions for their implementation.

It was emphasized at the meeting that the activities of trade unions play an important role in providing social support to employees, improving the working environment, and strengthening solidarity within the team.
