The order of the rector of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University No. 396-U dated December 4, 2024 “On the formalization of a bilateral agreement on the organization of the educational process for university students” was approved. 

According to this order, starting from December 1, 2024, university students will be required to conclude a bilateral agreement on the organization of the educational process on the internal administration portal main.jdpu.uz. The bilateral agreement on the organization of the educational process consists of 10 chapters, which are:

In accordance with the third paragraph of the Order of the Rector of the University of Students No. 396-U dated December 4, 2024 “On the formalization of a bilateral agreement on the organization of the educational process for university students”, the second paragraph of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 2, 2016 No. 185 “On measures to further improve the procedure for implementing transactions in electronic commerce” establishes that an agreement concluded using information systems is equivalent to an agreement concluded in writing and signed by the parties, including certified by the seals of the parties, and it enters into legal force from the moment the student agrees to the terms of the agreement posted on the internal management portal main.jdpu.uz.
