Main functions and responsibilities
Tasks of a university psychologist:
- To improve the psychological environment of professors, teachers, employees and students, to provide them with psychological support and emotional support;
- Organization of professional training and development seminars;
- Identification of problem students and implementation of correctional work with them;
- Awareness and promotion of cognitive development;
- Advising on recruitment and personnel management processes;
- Strengthen students’ activity in solving tasks in the political, social, and economic spheres of society;
- Provide comprehensive support to students, improve their professional skills, strengthen family relationships based on our national and spiritual values;
- Educating young people to become morally mature, ideological fighters who spare no effort for the stability and development of the nation and the state, to form a healthy lifestyle in the family, to ensure that they stay away from negative vices.
