Main functions and responsibilities
Prevention of corruption
- Prevention of corruption-related offenses at the university and combating them;
- Implementation and rollout of the “Corruption-Free Sector” project;
Information and communication as well as public outreach activities
- Carrying out monitoring using modern information and communication technologies (ICT);
- Organization of public oversight with the participation of students, staff, and parents;
- Implementation of international standards and best practices in the field of anti-corruption activities.
Implementation of a compliance control system within the organization
- Establishment and implementation of a “Compliance Control” system at the university to combat corruption;
- Identification of corruption risks and analysis of their causes and conditions.
Ongoing monitoring and analytical assessment
- Regular monitoring of corruption manifestations at the university;
- Development of programs and action plans aimed at risk reduction;
- Maintenance of a register of internal investigations related to corruption cases.
Educational, methodological, and organizational work
- Organization of seminars, meetings, and educational outreach activities;
- Development of educational and methodological materials (video clips, booklets, brochures) on anti-corruption topics;
- Conducting surveys and sociological studies among students and employees.
Cooperation and accountability
- Interaction with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and other government bodies;
- Submission of quarterly reports to the Rector and the Ministry;
- Coordination of anti-corruption activities at the academic lyceum and technical school affiliated with the university.
Handling of inquiries and appeals
- Consideration of appeals submitted by individuals and legal entities;
- Analysis of anonymous reports and implementation of appropriate measures.
