On October 10, 2025, in accordance with the plan approved by the university rector, a meeting between graduating students of the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education and employers was organized.

The event was attended by representatives of the Jizzakh Regional Department of Preschool and School Education, employees of “O‘zmilliy Bank” JSC, and members of the university administration.

The main purpose of the meeting was to prepare students for practical professional activities, facilitate their future employment process, and strengthen mutual cooperation with employers.

Employers provided students with information about working conditions in the field, available opportunities, and the practical importance of the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies. They also shared valuable insights on current professional requirements and development trends within the sector.

On the same day, within the framework of the event, a representative of the Jizzakh regional branch of O‘zmilliy Bank JSC took part and provided graduates with detailed information on the work being carried out under Resolution No. PQ-61, the “Step into the Future” program—including procedures for obtaining preferential loans, available financial support, and the substance and purpose of the resolution.

During the meeting, students addressed their questions of interest to employers and officials. The relevant specialists provided detailed and clear answers to their inquiries.

As part of the event, several teachers were awarded letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts for their active involvement and initiative in providing employment opportunities for graduating students. This served as a high recognition of the teachers’ hard work and their contribution to the students’ future.

Overall, this meeting became an important step toward further strengthening cooperation between graduating students, the university, and employers, as well as preparing young specialists for professional activity and ensuring their employment.
