Yesterday, a ceremonial send-off ceremony was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University to support the participation of our student youth in the national final stage of the “Five Initiatives Olympiad” sports competition.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the leadership headed by University Rector Maqsudjon Yuldashev, coaches of the “Pedagog” sports club, and student-athletes.

During the event, Rector Maqsudjon Yuldashev supported the student-athletes and shared the following thoughts:

“You are the ambassadors who will worthily defend the honor of our university, and moreover, the name of the entire Jizzakh region. Enter the field with courage, resilience, and solidarity. May luck accompany your every step! We believe in you and wish for your return with the university flag held high.” With such inspiring words, our athletes were ceremoniously sent off.

It is worth noting that the national final stage of the “Five Initiatives Olympiad” will be held from November 17-20 in Gulistan city, Sirdaryo region, at Gulistan State University. Our university’s men’s and women’s teams will participate in the volleyball, athletics, and streetball categories.
