First of all, I would like to sincerely congratulate you on October 1 – the Day of Teachers and Coaches.
If parents are the first educators who serve the birth of a child and the knowledge of the world, then in order to make him mature as a person, sharpen his mind, teach him reading and writing, beautiful manners and concepts of education, accounting, worldly knowledge and ideas about humanity, kindness and a sense of life with noble dreams in absorption, awakening feelings of love for this bright world, finding his place in society and determining tomorrow’s future, the role of teachers and mentors is incomparable.
This is what Hazrat Navoi said about his teacher. “All the wealth and treasure of the world cannot repay your noble work”. In fact, the teacher accepts every young soul as if it were his own child and dedicates his eyes, heart, and all his strength to its education. Teachers and coaches who treat their students as if they are their own children and devote their whole being to the education of the young generation are selfless professionals.
Dear mentors, coaches, dear teachers!
Jizzakh State Pedagogical University is celebrating its 50th anniversary these days. This dargah started its activity with 29 teachers, and today these numbers are more than 700. In 1978, Jizzakh State Pedagogical Institute received its first 249 students, and over the past 50 years, the total number of graduates has exceeded 52,857. Among them, we are proud of the presence of leaders and teachers who have come to the attention of the public and are working in various fields not only in our Republic, but also abroad.
At this point, it should be said that the contribution of our veteran teachers, who have been working in our educational institution for many years and are serving their students shoulder to shoulder with young personnel today, is incomparable.
Among our professors and teachers there are holders of many medals and orders, more than 100 “Excellence of Public Education” and “Excellence of Higher Education” badges.
I can proudly say that the day before, in accordance with the decree of the head of our state, Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Digital Educational Technologies of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, Khurram Ergashevich Tangirov, was awarded the Shukhrat medal. Also, our professors and teachers, such as Abduvali Shamsiev, Umirboy Pirnazarov, Akhrorkul Pardaev, Bakhti Ochilova, Olim Mukimov, Sotkina Alikulova, Abdugofur Mamatov and Zukhra Yakhshieva, were awarded the badge of excellence in higher education of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
No matter how much we admire the noble work of these people who are laying the foundation for the future of our Motherland, no matter how much we express our gratitude to them – it will still not be enough!
Dear mentors, coaches, dear teachers!
Our main goal is to become one of the most developed democratic countries in the world, to build a free and prosperous life for our people. The education of an educated and talented generation, which is no less than anyone else, who will fulfill this task seriously, has risen to the level of state policy today. For this purpose, it is worth noting that the decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers directly related to the field of education have been adopted.
In pursuance of these decrees and orders, today decent conditions are being created for teachers and mentors, educators and mentors, and workers in the field of science; work to stimulate their hard work and improve their material support has been raised to a new level.
It should be noted that today, thanks to the great attention paid to educational institutions by our state and our esteemed President, ample opportunities are being created to strengthen their material and technical base, improve the qualifications of teachers and professors, strengthen scientific and pedagogical cooperation with leading educational centers abroad, introduce modern educational and information technologies and new educational methods into the educational process. Using these opportunities, Jizzakh State Pedagogical University continues its activities based on noble principles.
The role of the teacher in the development and formation of human resources in every society is incomparable. As a result of the correct delivery of the ongoing reforms to the human mind and thinking, these reforms will serve the development of society.

You are the backbone of society, the heroes of today. I sincerely congratulate our hardworking and kind teachers like you on October 1, the auspicious day in the life of our country – Teacher and Coach Day.
As long as there is life, the teaching profession will never lose its meaning and nobility, importance and respect.
“I will not respect the one who does not respect the teacher,” said the President.
Dear friends, in the last 6 years, our state has issued several decisions and decrees to raise the status of teachers with special attention. Now, in the New Constitution, the position of the teacher in the society has been recognized and sealed at a high level. In this way, teachers became the only professions that were not represented in the field of law, but were specifically mentioned in the supreme law. The attitude of the society towards the holders of these professions has changed in a positive direction over the years.
The status of a teacher is a very high bliss. May our respected teachers who taught us lessons in the path of knowledge and enlightenment, who helped us find our place in life, always be honored.
