A seminar-training was held to stabilize the psychological environment among women.
The training, which was held on the topic of “Psychological, Social, and Biological Development,” aimed to contribute to the personal development of female students, encourage them to realize their potential, and improve their social skills.

First, the participants got acquainted with the conditions created in the Innovative Information Services training room.

After that, the seminar began. Through various psychological games, participants tried to find answers to interesting questions such as self-awareness, understanding and developing emotional intelligence, and methods of stress management.

During the seminar, participants also learned about communication skills and developing social relationships, methods of managing and resolving conflicts, strategies for setting and achieving personal goals, and effective time management methods through practical exercises.

At the end of the seminar, participants were given small incentive gifts for active participation.
