A roundtable discussion entitled “Reflection of women scientists in education and personnel training” was organized at JSPU.

On February 11, dedicated to the International Day of Women and Girls in the Field of Science, a roundtable discussion entitled “Reflection of female scientists in education and personnel training” was organized under the motto “Scientific woman – a mirror of society”. The event was opened by G. Kadirov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of the university. Women scientists, researchers, and female students of all HEIs in our region took part in this event. Programs and initiatives of female scientists aimed at guiding and encouraging young and aspiring female students in science were put forward at the roundtable discussion.

The speakers also talked about the factors of creating a quality educational environment, effective projects aimed at solving potential ethical problems of scientists related to female students.

The participants asked questions to the experts on the above-mentioned topics and issues related to the solution of the problems. Ideas and suggestions were discussed.
