A meeting was held to discuss the activities of the Registrar’s Office sectors and the tasks that need to be completed

The meeting dedicated to the report on the work carried out in the sectors of the registrar’s office in September-October of the 2024-2025 academic year and the issues that the registrar’s office staff will have to resolve was opened by F.Jurakulov, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs.
In his speech, he emphasized that he is a service provider of an educational organization, which is a place for training office workers, and stated that all office employees should be polite to applicants, and special attention should be paid to the culture of dress.

The meeting also discussed such issues as the implementation of the discipline, the creation of the curriculum and subjects, a report on the quantity and quality of subject resources, timely registration of classes, conducting resource reports in the form of correspondence courses, the state of creating temporary and current control, the assessment period, student contingent management, registration of orders, keeping records of the student contingent with managers assigned to the direction, how to enter the HEMIS information system through ONE-ID, and also gave advice to managers, professors, teachers and students, the state of preparation for final examinations of the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, the procedure for timely entry of Current and Intermediate grades into the Hemis system by professors and teachers.
