The Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Inclusive Education at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University held the next meeting of the Parents’ Council. The event was attended by parents, faculty administrators, professors, teachers, and active students.


The meeting was opened by Farrux Akchaev, the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work. In his speech, he spoke about the ongoing reforms at the university, the importance of observing moral and ethical standards among students, and the need to strengthen cooperation with parents. He also emphasized that continuous dialogue between families and higher education institutions leads to more effective educational outcomes.





During the meeting, the following issues were discussed:

The implementation of the credit-module system in the educational process and the criteria for student assessment;

Corruption and its negative consequences, as well as preventive measures to combat it;
-
Prevention of offenses and crime among students;;
-
Issues related to improving the social and psychological well-being of students.
Specialists in each area delivered their presentations and provided detailed answers to the parents’ questions..









At the end of the meeting, a new composition of the Parents’ Council was elected. In addition, students who had achieved high academic results and their parents were awarded certificates of honor by the faculty administration.





The event was held to promote mutual exchange of ideas, strengthen cooperation between parents and the educational institution, and further enhance students’ active participation in the educational and upbringing process.
