The next training session of the “Teachers’ Professional Development Circle” was held at JSPU.
The study circle, which is being held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, was organized to improve the pedagogical skills of teachers and inform them about new methods of teaching foreign languages. Its next topic was “The 4 Cs in English Language Teaching” (the importance of 4 skills – Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration in English language teaching).

During the study circle, initial information was provided on the 4 skills – Communication, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and advice was given on how to effectively use them in learning and studying foreign languages.

 

 

As a continuation of this topic, the “Six Thinking Hats” technique was explained, and the knowledge acquired by the participants was demonstrated using the “Six Thinking Hats” technique by creating short stories.

 

The teachers exchanged experiences and knowledge on this topic. The second session of the group also ended with interesting discussions and the acquisition of new skills.
