More than 20 kinds of literature on 4 types of Braille were brought to the JSPU Information Resource Center fund.
Until now, due to the lack of special (Braille and speaking) literature in the library, blind students hardly used the library service. The main reason for this is the fact that for years Braille works have not been published and the field has not been paid attention to for many years.
The update of special literature for the blind by the JSPU IRC Foundation made everyone equally happy. At the moment, 34 visually impaired masters are studying at the university’s Master’s Department.
According to Sanam Israilova, an employee of the JSPU IRC, books are the main support of blind or visually impaired people. Therefore, increasing the literature in Braille will be a great help to such people.
