Main functions and responsibilities

Duties of the Head of Technical Maintenance and Economic Department:

  • General management of his staff
  • Develop work plans and ensure their implementation;
  • Maintain the required level of university buildings and the environment, manage their maintenance;
  • Supervise the maintenance and overhaul of buildings;
  • Management of educational and laboratory and student dormitory buildings with upholstery and upholstered furniture;
  • Ensuring that the equipment in the rooms is kept at the required level;
  • Equipment inventory;
  • Control over the economical use of funds and economic resources allocated for economic activities;
  • Organization of work on the reception of guests and delegations visiting the university;
  • Supervise the work of landscaping and landscaping of the university;
  • Organize meetings, conferences and other similar conferences at the university;
  • Organization of fire safety in buildings.

Qualification requirements:

  • Exemplary personal qualities – intelligence, culture, creativity, courtesy and initiative, sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and action, perseverance, ability to achieve the strategic goals of the institution;
  • Secondary special education;
  • Must be aware of information and data on issues relevant to their field.
