Main functions and responsibilities
The team of our university has the following main tasks in the field of scientific research:
- organizing and conducting fundamental, scientific-practical research and other theoretical, experimental-constructive work, including scientific-methodical work on the problems of higher pedagogical education;
- development of plans for training, upgrading and retraining of scientific and pedagogical staff and ensuring the implementation of the plan;
- control over the orientation of the topics of doctoral theses and business contracts to the problems of the single base of scientific and technological problems;
- The state of training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, working with basic doctoral students, young scientists and independent researchers.
The Department of Scientific Research and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel coordinates and organizes the following activities at the university:
- Decree № PD-4456 of July 24, 2012 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the further improvement of the system of training and certification of highly qualified and scientific-pedagogical personnel”, Cabinet of Ministers “Post-higher education Resolution № 365 of December 28, 2012 “On measures to improve the system of certification of education and highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel”, Cabinet of Ministers Resolution of December 29, 2012 “Higher educational universitions of the Republic coordinating the implementation of the Decision № 371 on the introduction of the rating evaluation system in faculties and departments”;
- Training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the University, the implementation of fundamental, practical, innovative program projects, increasing the effectiveness and scope of monitoring of scientific research conducted on the basis of economic contracts, further strengthening the system of attracting young people to scientific and creative activities;
- Organization of integration of science with education and production (introduction of obtained results into production), efficiency of scientific research works. Implementing research results into practice, monitoring their quality and effectiveness;
- Controlling the orientation of the subjects of doctoral theses and economic contracts to the problems of the single base of scientific and technological problems;
- The state of training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, working with senior researcher and independent researchers;
- Creation of scientific schools. Work with professors and teachers who prepare scientific and pedagogical personnel who are regularly engaged in scientific work;
- The results of published scientific works: monitoring the progress of textbooks, scientific articles, monographs, licenses, patents and authorship certificates.
- Implementation of innovation activities of the university.
