Planning the educational process – developing curricula in accordance with the goals of State Educational Standards and Educational Standards, adapting curricula based on students’ needs and interests, planning subjects based on principles of correlation and integration, developing lesson plans based on clear objectives and outcomes, planning lesson forms and methods based on a differentiated approach, and planning the use of educational, demonstration, and distributed materials;

Ensuring educational effectiveness – setting tasks based on lesson objectives and students’ capabilities, using demonstration and distributed materials relevant to the lesson topic, making effective use of time in lessons, utilizing ICT effectively in the educational process, organizing lessons based on students’ learning outcomes, analyzing the effectiveness of teaching approaches, selecting teaching methods and approaches aligned with students’ educational goals, using active teaching methods, employing methods aimed at developing students’ core competencies and life skills, organizing students’ collaborative and project-based work, using self-assessment skills, providing differentiated support to students, ensuring harmony between theory and practice, creating opportunities for students’ independent thinking, fostering motivation in lessons, and achieving effective communication in the classroom;
