Currently, our university operates an “Internal Management Portal” (main.jdpu.uz), integrated with the HEMIS system, designed for students, faculty, and staff. The Department of Digital Technology Implementation has developed a “Grant Management” module based on GPA requirements, structured around 11 criteria established by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation. At the end of each semester, a ranking is automatically generated based on the points accumulated by students, determining whether they continue their studies on a grant or contract basis.
Additionally, after the announcement of student evaluation results, those dissatisfied with their results have the opportunity to file an appeal online within 48 hours through the university’s official “Internal Management Portal” (main.jdpu.uz). The portal is accessible to all university students. Students who are dissatisfied can log into the “Grant Management” module using their personal login and password to submit an appeal.
