The main tasks of the department of technical means of teaching:

• Improving the quality of training of specialists studying at the university by introducing modern technical tools and educational technologies into the educational process. It is achieved by equipping classrooms with technical training, improving the material and technical base of the university.
• Increasing the level of technical training of the university’s employees. Working with technical tools and new educational information technologies (introduction of network educational tools, computer programs in language laboratories) to the methodical manuals of professors and teachers of the university. Organizing the use of modern technical training manuals in the educational process of the university.
• Providing the educational process at all levels with technical educational tools (students, teachers, employees of the university).
• Providing technical and methodological support to faculties and departments in the comprehensive and full use of computer and multimedia equipment during the educational process.
• Advising and training teachers on TMT basics and equipment maintenance
• Consultation with professors and teachers on the use of technical training manuals in the educational process.
• Ensuring compliance with the methods and means of implementing TMT in accordance with the current standards and requirements.
• Rapid study and research of promising new directions in the field of new technologies, devices and equipment.
• TMT security, development and implementation of new technologies, technical service.
• Support, introduction and development of new teaching technologies.
• Performing work in the profile of the center on the order of departments of the university.
• Learning the main directions of using technical tools in the educational process.
• Use of computer and multimedia equipment in the educational process. Being on duty in multimedia classrooms (collecting keys, monitoring the operation and availability of equipment, helping teachers).
• Organization and regular updating of TMT.
• Collecting, summarizing and systematizing applications of vocational education departments and drawing up a schedule for providing training sessions with technical training manuals on this basis.
• Participation in the development of new technologies for the training of students, doctoral students and other categories of personnel.
• Providing technical service to the equipment and facilities that make up the TMT, organizing their maintenance and repair work.
• Participation in the distribution of TMT by structural units.
• Taking necessary measures to introduce modern equipment and systems.
• Introducing advanced methods of teaching, ensuring the use of technical tools in the organization of the educational process.
• Participation in unplanned works of the university with provision of technical training.
