The regional stage of the “Amir Temur Vorislari” military-sports competition was held in Jizzakh.

The regional stage of the traditional “Amir Temur’s Heirs” military-sports competition among students of higher education institutions took place at the sports complex of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.

This competition is aimed at strengthening the sense of patriotism among young people, broadly involving them in military-applied sports, and enhancing their physical and spiritual well-being.

Teams from leading higher education institutions in the region participated in the competition, demonstrating their skills in various military-sports tests according to the established regulations. The competitions were organized at a high level, with the processes conducted under the supervision of specialists and medical personnel.

According to the results of the intense and fiercely contested competition, the team of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University branch took 1st place. The team of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University secured 2nd place, and the team of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute placed 3rd.

The winners of the competition earned the right to represent the region at the national stage. This event was of great importance in enhancing the physical fitness and patriotic spirit of young people.
