Issues of educational and scientific cooperation between JSPU and Saint Petersburg State University were discussed.

A delegation from the St. Petersburg State University Russian Language Testing Center visited Jizzakh State Pedagogical University today.

First, the delegation members — Deputy Director for Control and Monitoring Activities of the Russian Language Testing Center, Maksim Dmitriyevich Voronov, and Chief Methodologist Irina Yurevna Ilicheva — examined the compliance of the procedure for conducting Russian as a foreign language tests at JSPU with the standards set by SPbSU, the auditorium facilities and their technical equipment, original registration cards, answer sheets, stored test materials, and video recordings of conducted sessions.

Following this, an official meeting was held between the delegation members and the university leadership. The meeting discussed issues related to expanding mutual cooperation between St. Petersburg State University and JSPU, including joint educational programs, teacher exchange, and within the framework of academic mobility programs.

Proposals were considered regarding creating opportunities for JSPU students to study at SPbSU for a half-semester or one semester, and expanding bilateral educational and scientific cooperation.
