JSPU is opening the doors of cooperation wide: a meeting was held with a guest from Bulgaria.

An official meeting was held between Maqsudjon Yuldashev, the rector of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University, and Ventzislav Georgiyev (Ventzislav Gueorguiev), the manager of the “Revolution Boxing Promotion” company visiting from the Republic of Bulgaria.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of strengthening cooperation in the field of sports, particularly in boxing, supporting talented young athletes, and jointly organizing international sports events.

The guest, Ventzislav Georgiyev, mentioned that he met with young boxers studying at the university and highlighted their high potential. He also highly appreciated the prospects of cooperating with coaches working at the university’s boxing school, particularly experienced sports masters like Bobousmon Boturov.

“The fact that your university has Olympic and world champions made a big impression on me. They are truly dedicated to their work. I will visit again in January for an experience exchange,” said Ventzislav Georgiyev.

In turn, the university rector Maqsudjon Yuldashev, while welcoming the guest, emphasized that the doors are always open for cooperation:

“We are interested in establishing close cooperation with international sports organizations. This will not only enhance our students’ experience but also create vast opportunities for them to enter the world arenas,” said the rector.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to organize joint sports events, seminars, and master classes in the future, and to involve JSPU students and coaches in international sports events.
