This year’s winner of the university stage of the “Most Active Student Athlete of the Year” contest — Ruslanbek Jiyanov, a member of the Uzbekistan national football team and a 2nd-year student at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, was duly honored by the university leadership.
In this regard, a meeting was held with the participation of the university rector Maksudjon Yuldashev.
During the meeting, the activity and achievements of Ruslanbek Jiyanov in the national team were recognized.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the winner was presented with a certificate of honor and a voucher equivalent to eight times the base calculation amount. In turn, Ruslanbek Jiyanov spoke about the systematic reforms being carried out in the sports sector at the university and the conditions being created for students, expressing gratitude to the leadership for the support provided.
