What are the requirements to apply for a PhD?

Answer:

– Master’s degree or clinical residency (for medical sciences), diploma of higher education (for specialty programs);

– Scientific results that can form the basis of the dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), including at least one article published in scientific journals and abstracts of reports included in at least two collections of scientific papers in relevant fields.
