A meeting was held at Jizzakh State Pedagogical University with US Embassy representative Regina Yulaeva and English Teaching Assistant McClay Joseph Sommers, who has been engaged at the university within the Fulbright ETA program.
At the meeting, attended by university officials, issues were discussed regarding developing students’ English-speaking skills, organizing joint classes, conversation sessions, and cultural events.
Furthermore, issues were considered regarding organizing McClay Joseph Sommers’s activities at the university, creating comfortable working and living conditions for him, and expanding cooperation with the US Embassy in the fields of education and science.
