A number of publications of the Republic of Azerbaijan published a number of articles on the activities of the university on the eve of the 50th anniversary of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University. In particular, “Khalq qezeti”, which has the largest number of subscribers in the country, explains in the article entitled “Ideological foundations of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan union” that one of the important factors in the development of cooperation between the two countries is aimed at the joint development of science and education.
The article talks about how the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University is celebrating its 50th anniversary these days in the Jizzakh region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, one of the friendly and sister countries of the Republic of Azerbaijan. “This educational institution in Uzbekistan is one of the best research centers in the region. During its half-century of activity, the university has been actively participating in the socio-economic life of the country with hundreds of research results, along with the training of many pedagogues in the republic,” writes the author, professor of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Mahire Huseynova.
Also, the publication “Credo” reflects on the passions of professors and teachers of the Jizzakh State Pedagogical University and their role in the training of pedagogues in the Republic of Uzbekistan today. In the article, it is emphasized that during its 50 years of activity, Jizzakh State Pedagogical University has been training managers and teachers working in various fields not only in the Republic, but also abroad. “Teachers of the university are serving the children of the nation by giving their hearts and the light of their eyes in bringing up the children of the nation. It is not for nothing that Jizzakh State Pedagogical University was named after one of the great Jadids, Abdulla Qadiri. His image inspires the teachers who are saving their lives in the education of the nation,” the opinion is expressed.
Another prestigious publication of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Iki sahil” provided information about the university’s achievements in research activities in recent years, its history, talented students and cooperation with higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In addition to printed publications, electronic publications of the country also focused on the 50th anniversary of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
In particular, in the article entitled “Issues of expanding relations between higher educational institutions were discussed” on the website of khalkgazeti.az, the following was noted that friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan are getting stronger, exchange of teachers and students of higher education institutions of the two countries, scientific research activities are developing through mutual experience. Also, the author of the article provides information about the current and future cooperation of scientists and university leaders who visited the Republic of Azerbaijan with Jizzakh State Pedagogical University.
The details of the international conference on “Education Development Strategy – Development Based on Values” dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University were also published in electronic publications of Azerbaijan. The article emphasizes that the international scientific-practical conference was organized at a high level and that such events serve to develop relations between the two countries and increase the cooperation of universities in the field of science.
